Detect the Problem. Understand the Cause.
Plan the Right Solution - a structured, six-step engineering workflow.
How an SD LeakDoc Inspection Works
Step 1: Site Visit & Discussion
Understand the reported problem, inspect visible symptoms, and discuss the history of leakage or equipment concerns.
Step 2: Thermal Scanning
Scan suitable areas using thermal imaging equipment and identify temperature patterns that may require further investigation.
Step 3: Moisture & Diagnostic Analysis
Evaluate moisture measurements, thermal patterns, plumbing arrangements, site conditions, and other relevant observations.
Step 4: Technical Reporting
Prepare an inspection report containing relevant observations, images, findings, and recommendations within the agreed scope.
Step 5: Repair Recommendations
Recommend suitable next steps, which may include plumbing repairs, waterproofing, additional testing, or specialist assessment.
Step 6: Resolution Support
Provide agreed technical guidance or repair and rectification support, subject to the service scope and project requirements.
Help Us Prepare for Your Inspection
A little information in advance helps us plan the right equipment and tests.
- Share photographs of the affected areas
- Tell us when the problem started and whether it changes with rain or water use
- Keep plumbing or building drawings handy, if available
- Arrange access to the flat above, terrace or ducts where relevant
